What is dropshipping?

Dropshipping is a retail fulfillment method where online stores sell products without keeping them in stock. When a customer places an order, the store forwards it to a dropshipping supplier who ships the product to the customer.

Dropshipping suppliers fulfill orders made by retailers on behalf of customers. They produce or source products, store them, package them for shipping, and organize delivery to the customer address.

How long does it take for shipping?

Orders normally ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. See our "Shipping Policy" before ordering.

Why did my shipping cost split?

Cute & Classy Boutique has several suppliers.  Orders from different suppliers and locations will cause the shipping to split.

Who handles any support request such as returns and refunds?

How do I cancel an order?

Once an order has been paid, you will not be able to cancel.  If you need to cancel your order, please do so before payment is made.

What size should I order?

Please read the description and sizing charts provided.  We suggest sizing up if you are in between sizes or the measurements provided require you to do so. For example, if the item is showing measurements for 26 in the waist for a small but your waist is a 27 or 28, we suggest sizing up to that size.

Do you offer installment plans?
